We kindly ask for 24 hours notice for any cancellation in the salon or spa.

If you are a new client scheduling with us for the first time, we will ask for a 50% deposit. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show for the appointment, we will retain your deposit.

If you are an existing client that has 2 or more late cancels or no shows within a calendar year, we will ask for a deposit for future appointments. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show, we will retain your deposit.
