Our History
With a career spanning over four decades and a team of more than 175 employees across four Chicagoland locations, Jeffrey LaMorte is known for his unwavering commitment to service excellence and industry leadership.
Jeffrey began his professional journey in 1984, training under his father Robert, and later expanding his expertise at elite academies such as Vidal Sassoon in London, TONI&GUY, Trevor Sorbie and more. As his reputation for artistry and professionalism grew, so did his business.
In 1994, Jeffrey opened his first salon and day spa in Frankfort, Illinois. This flagship location was followed by a second in Orland Park in 2001 and in 2007 his brother Jason LaMorte expanded the family legacy with a location in Lemont. In 2022, Jeffrey and his business partner Kelly Glester opened the Robert Jeffrey Salon in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood.
Though each salon has its own character, all share a common vision: to create a welcoming approachable environment where every client feels respected, comfortable and truly cared for.

Training Program
Our training program is designed for licensed cosmetologists seeking to refine their skills post-graduation. The program spans approximately 9 months, covering all essential skills required before securing a station at Jeffrey LaMorte Salon & Spa. Led by industry experts, the program offers hands-on experience, advanced techniques, and personalized guidance to help you excel in your career. Cancelation Policy:
Thank you for choosing our services! Please note that we have a cancellation policy in place: a 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations. If this notice is not provided, a 50% charge will apply. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us offer maximum scheduling opportunities for all our valued guests.
Redo/Refund Policy:
Please note that we reserve the right to redo any. We do not offer refunds. To discuss options, contact us within two weeks of a hair appointment and within five days of a spa appointment. Thank you for understanding!
Service Age Restrictions:
There may be restrictions on services based on client's age. If you are scheduling for, or are, under the age of 18 please advise the staff when scheduling your appointment.
