Guest Policies
Cancelation Policy:
Thank you for choosing our services! Please that we have a cancellation policy in place: a 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations. If this notice is not provided, a 50% charge will apply. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us offer maximum scheduling opportunities for all our valued guests.
Redo/Refund Policy:
Please note that we reserve the right to redo any. We do not offer refunds. To discuss options, contact us within two weeks of a hair appointment and within five days of a spa appointment. Thank you for understanding!
