Cancellation Policy

We know life happens and plans sometimes change. At the same time, every appointment on our schedule represents time that has been specifically reserved for you and directly impacts the livelihood of our service providers.

For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice the following flat fees will apply:

 

45 minute - 1 hour appointments: $50

Appointments between 1-2 hours: $75

Appointments over 2 hours: $100

 

We understand that unexpected situations come up, and we will always approach those circumstances with understanding. Our goal with this policy is not to penalize our clients, but to protect the time our team has reserved and give us the best opportunity to offer that appointment to another guest. As always, this fee goes directly to our service providers; the salon retains $0 from the fee. 

 

If you need to make a change to an upcoming appointment, we simply ask that you contact the salon at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
